Kings Langley First Floor Addition
Prostruct Building Solutions was contacted to add a substantial first floor addition to an existing four bedroom home. The new addition once finished created a 5 bedroom home plus a large office which can be converted back to a 6th bedroom if required in the future. The renovation also included an ensuite with separate toilet, main bathroom, walk in robe to master bedroom, a 2nd lounge room to the first floor and a balcony to the master bedroom.
This home in Leumeah had a full renovation consisting of a walk in wardrobe and ensuite being added onto the left hand side of the house, new kitchen, laundry and lounge room. Many internal load bearing walls throughout this home had to be moved to accomodate the larger kitchen and lounge room. The outside of this home didn't miss out either with new front deck and stairs, fences, driveway, carport and the front and back yards professionally landscaped.
Prostruct Building Solutions was called into this very well presented home to replace two bathrooms that had waterproofing failures. Upon stripping these bathrooms we found a huge amount of water damage and termite damage. After the structural repairs to the timber frames we ended up with two fantastic bathrooms.
This Baulkham Hills project was previously a 40 year old bathroom with a separate toilet. With a number of walls removed, a window swap, custom joinery and a door repositioned, the owner end up with this very spacious modern bathroom.
This unit started out as a rundown commercial office space. Linings of walls were removed, floors and ceilings were stripped. The owner’s main challenge to Prostruct Building Solutions was to hide air conditioning bulkheads into the limited space of the ceilings and walls. A small number of layout changes later we ended up with an absolutely stunning result. The small renovation investment into this property doubled the unit’s value.
This terrace bathroom in Paddington included heated flooring, free standing bath, wall tiling to the underside of the picture rails, custom joinery with marble bench top. This project came with all the challengers of an out of shape 100 year old home.
This two bedroom unit had to get a minor makeover before the new owners could move in. This makeover comprised of new carpets, skirtings, lights, blinds and painting. The kitchen also received a freshen up with polyurethane doors, integrated microwave, and floor tiling.
This granny flat started out as a games room with a storage area, which flooded every time it rained. The two rooms were stripped back to a raw shell and waterproofed. The storeroom was divided into a bathroom and a kitchen. The games room was divided into a bedroom and lounge room.
This bathroom started out with a separate toilet, with the removal of a wall and the repositioning of the shower, these renovations have made great use of a modest bathroom.
